  • Put the notification of checked in-home visit in the notification panel along with the client’s photo.
  • Should clearly explain the concept and values of the company (APNRT/SHM).
  • Draw the samples by wearing mouth mask and hand gloves (before breakfast) in a proper way.
  • Collect all the old medical and medication reports using cam scanner, separate by month and year and upload them to the website.
  • Collect all the required information about vitals, past medical and medication history.
  • Meanwhile, the HC should arrange a virtual call to the assigned medical officer in order to collect the general medical background of the client.
  • Responsible to explain in detail about the SHM consent form and get the signature of the client on all the documents (SHM agenda form and feedback form).

Secondary

  • Whenever the health coach visits the client place uniform is mandatory.
  • Should check all the equipment from time to time and assemble the contents of the kit bag properly.
  • Keep the storage place of the sample containers and other medicals in a clean and hygiene area.
  • During the sample collection, wearing mask and gloves are mandatory. The syringes and needles should be used only for single use.
  • Carry samples in a proper manner (check if any leakage).
  • Maintain ice boxes if necessary.
  • All the medical wastes should be disposed of properly after every use.
